Inbound shipments to Georgia are priced by volumetric weight, so large light boxes are worth compacting — it directly reduces the cost.

How much does delivery from Europe to Georgia cost?
The base rate is 25 GEL per chargeable kilogram. The final amount depends on the weight and dimensions of the cargo plus any extras: door delivery, insurance, and storage. The calculator on the home page shows the exact price.
How long does delivery from Europe to Georgia take?
Between 10 and 14 business days from dispatch. Transit time can increase because of border queues and customs inspections, which are outside our control.

Can I track my shipment?
Yes. After dispatch you receive a tracking number to enter in the Tracking section of the site. The status is pulled directly from the carrier.
Do I need to pack the items myself?
Not necessarily. We accept items as they are and pack them ourselves. For fragile goods — tableware, glass, ceramics, mirrors — we recommend a wooden crate: without it, damage is not covered.
Is door delivery available?
Yes. 30 GEL per shipment. The cost is fixed and does not depend on weight.
