Document insurance
Each document is insured separately for 250 GEL against complete loss in transit, on any route. If a shipment holds several documents, the cover applies to each of them.
Price and timing
Documents are charged as a regular shipment at the route rate. To Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan and Armenia the minimum shipment up to 5 kg is 90 GEL. Delivery takes 10–14 business days. The calculator shows the exact price.

Frequently asked questions
Can I send an original power of attorney?
Yes. We accept personal and business documents as long as sending them is allowed by the laws of the origin and destination countries.
What does the insurance cover?
Complete loss of a document — up to 250 GEL each. Creasing or water damage without loss is not an insured event.
Can documents travel inside a parcel?
Yes — just tell the manager when booking so the documents are listed in the inventory.
